I love living here but I wish the unit had been in better shape when we moved in. Furniture is missing/broken and the floor plan we were shown when we signed our lease is different from what we moved into. The amenities are great though!
Clean living and great community! Being one of the closest buildings to campus makes it a much easier walk especially on morning that are cold
2400 is a nice building and the staff are all really nice but too much goes wrong for the rent to be that expensive. Overall, I loved living here but mainly because of the people I was living with and my friends in the building. The apartment itself isn't that great.
2400 nueces needs better amenities, cleaner spaces, and more reliable elevators. This apartment has some good possibilities but all are not fulfilled.
The unit is great with a great location, and the staff are generally very nice. The biggest complaint is the elevators break down quite frequently, leaving only one available elevator at times. Otherwise the experience living here is great.
It’s very nice. The apartments are huge and spacious and I love the pool. I also am very glad that the university is taking over the ownership or whatever it is that they’re taking over.
The elevators didn’t work all year they always broke and they switched management 3 times. Other than that they hosted events and the front desk people we’re always so nice
2400 Nueces has amazing amenities and a very helpful front desk and administrative staff! The 24/7 security is also great. The furnished rooms are very modern and stylish too.
2400 Nueces is the nicest apartment complex in West Campus, hands down. The apartment layouts are efficient, it’s very safe, and it’s close to campus.
Overall, I have enjoyed the experience of living at 2400 Nueces. There were some problems with maintenance, especially surrounding the elevators, but responses to maintenance requests are quick and the office employees are friendly and responsive as well.
although i haven’t moved in yet, i am extremely excited to live at 2400 nueces! i have the best roommates and the facility seems like a great place to live!
I don't live there yet. I feel very uninformed so far. I wish I could be told more - however I am excited to live there and the amenities are superb and convenient
Very clean and nice!! The staff is friendly and very welcoming. Love the workout space and study lounges. Don’t really have issues with noise complaints either
I haven't lived here yet, but I am looking forward to living here in the fall. The facility is very nice and seems very accommodating to my needs.
I love 2400! It’s so cool and fun. It’s really nice, and so many cool people live there. I cannot wait to get back to Austin and live there in the fall!
Good things are all I’ve heard about this building and I’m not sure if I can do y’all but if I come to typical you want it just lmk what I gotta you
nice ! wish elevators were cleaner and more functional. they were broken a lot. i really like it here. it’s nice. but there are a lot of competitive apartments much nicer.
Great atmosphere and amenities. The floorplans are are really spacious and nice; I also appreciate that my unit comes furnished. Really excited to live here in the fall.
Living at 2400 Nueces has been a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, the facilities are great, and I have many friends I know who are staying here which make the stay that much greater. A wonderful place to live as a sophomore attending the University of Texas.
Having lived here for 3 years, I would say the location of 2400 is very convenient and centrally located. There is usually very high security and the lobby/apartments look very nice. However I am very glad to be moving out due to the elevator situation. Over the past years the elevators have been constantly broken and creates extreme havoc on the mass amount of people that live here.
Nice place and nice people. Front desk employee are always nice and helpful. Would prefer to have actual keys rather than key dons to get into places.
I enjoy 2400 Nueces since the staff is friendly and the place is very well-lit with open floor plans. The pool and work-out gym are also easily accessible and great amenities!
Amazing. It was a very good experience living here, a vibrant community for new students. Made a lot of friends. Has great amenities and a very safe neighborhood.
I love the complete vibe of this place. The people are really sweet, and the study lounges make it easier for me to get my education without distraction!

I haven't lived here yet, though will start in a couple months. I have no resident experience to speak of. Please stop spamming emails about this.
So much fun. I love the building and everyone in it. I always feel safe in my room and around the building. The amenities are so nice and I love having my own washer and dryer in my room.
This apartment has a very good atmosphere. The amenities are great and useful. The apartment makes me feel that it is more than just an apartment, it's an actual community where we can participate in different events.
Have not moved in yet but am very excited because I have heard a lot of great things about 2400 Nueces from my friends who live there! I hope to have the same experience too.
I love living at 2400 Nueces. The staff and Maintenance crew are very efficient. The staff always have a smile and their face, ready to help
Love the location and staff is always very kind and attentive. The noise by the pool is always loud but as expected with young residents. Elevators have improved
Need to fix the elevators... unsafe and take a while to come. Worried that living here will conflict with school; seems like I am going to have to get up 30 minutes earlier just because the elevators take so long.
The management here is super nice and helpful, and the style of the building alongside the security guard makes me feel safe. The architecture is nice and the location close to campus is a huge plus. The issues I have are the fact that the elevator is constantly broken, valet trash is gone, and the rooms are a little small.
I love the spacious apartment. It’s great to have some breathing room after living in a dorm/shoe box for a year. My favorite thing is the kitchen because I love to cook!
I have only had great experiences every time I entered this apartment building! The view, location, and vibe is great! I like how if I have any questions, the front desk is friendly enough to answer kindly.
Cool place but sometimes dirty and elevators take a long time. Amenities are nice and i have a lot of friends that live here with me making it feel more like
The 2400 Nueces apartments are the best for its location, the staff, the amenities, and everything is has to offer. The apartment interior are amazing.
Bathroom sink faucets are stupid and weak
Elevators are always broken
Would recommend living here
The water pressure could be better and it would be nice if they offered housekeeping. I also think the security could be a little stronger. Overall, it’s a good place to live.
The location is perfect and the amenities are amazing. Love the environment in the apartment and the staff here. There is room for improvement on the elevators but other than that it is perfect
I haven't lived here yet but I am moving here next year to live with my two friends and a random. I'm excited because it looks like a great place to live.
Apartment has a fantastic unit and location. The apartment has great amenities and a friendly staff. The views are great and the appliances work very well
I love how friendly the community is and the welcoming feeling I get going into the apartment. I’m very glad I am able to live here next year.
Caroline S C.
Good but a little pricey for the size of the room. The gym has gotten better with the implementation of the bench rack. Also all the extra charges (balcony, connected bath) aren’t stated before signing anywhere
Seems like a great building, lots of great amenities, including parking, pool and the gym. The only thing is the price is a little steep for the amount of space we get
My experience here has been amazing! I love hanging out at the pool and using the grills! I would recommend this place to a friend and want to continue living here
Nicholas J R.
The community is really nice and the apartments themselves are really nice. The amenities are great and it’s a good value for what you’re getting within the apartment
2400 is a great community for me. I love living in the same building as all of my closest friends, and it is the perfect distance from campus.
I love living here! Super convenient to get to and from. It’s also right next to campus and features lots of great amenities, such as one of the only jacuzzis in west campus!
Our washing machine has never worked it makes our dishes dirtier than they were and leave residue all over them. We tried to have it fixed and they just told us to use rinse aid. Now the rubber lining has just fallen out. The washing machine is okay. Balcony is nice.
Maintenance has been kind of slow the past couple months but seems to be getting better, it took a couple months to get our HVAC unit replaced
Love the close proximity to campus, and the computer lab with free printing as well as the free coffee. They have began to fix the elevators which was a big issue here.
My room flooded over Christmas break so that kinda sucked. Elevators are always broken and that's no fun for anyone. Front desk staff was always nice, and hallways mostly clean. Security was good too, other than the homeless guy in the lobby. Maintenance responded well to any issues.
Great place to live with a staff that actually cares! Amenities are nice and everything is a short walk from campus, places to eat on the Drag etc.
The location is great and so are the amenities when they are working. The idea this is a building that allows lease sign-overs there is not any diversity and it is all rich sorority girls. The elevators not working all the time is ridiculous. It makes things such as grocery shopping harder than it should be.
I love the staff and the service elevator has been working which is GREAT! I appreciate how hard they are trying and am hoping they will continue the progress
The experience has been good other than the elevators being broken, lack of security and the trash rooms getting full because the trash chute opening is too small
2400 is a great apartment complex right off of guadalupe street. It’s the perfect location for anyone going to UT. The amenities are nice minus the elevators taking years to arrive. Overall it is a great place but they need to work on the tow company coming so often. Also the hot tub should be cleaned weekly because it always looks milky. Love my apartment though.
Great apartments, gym machines are often down though (no TV on either elliptical, broken pedals on bike). Pool is fun but elevators are always broken.
Excellent building, only way to improve it would be functional elevators! The amenities, the rooms, and the location can't be beat in West Campus
2400 Nueces has very nice amenities. Conference room, lounge, TV room, and pool with a nice view. There is security around the apartment every night (not sure about day time). Maintenance request are usually taken care of in a timely manner.
My experience living here at 2400 Nueces has been great so far. It's a nice place to live and secure too plus the closeness to campus is great. Please just fix the elevators!
The great community of people is what makes 2400 Nueces great to live in! There have been a few technical issues such as the elevators. But I still enjoy living here!
The apartment is very nice and maintenance for the most part has been quick and responsive. The community isnt too loud or bothersome, the main issue is the elevators are not reliable and it can be a problem when only one is working and the entire building is trying to use it.
The elevators do not work far to often for what I pay. The hot tub is literally green. The staff is only useful sometimes and it took far to long for you guys to catch on to a homeless man sleeping in the lobby. There is little to no ventilation in the apartments and parking is a nightmare because you guys do not enforce only compact cars in compact spaces. This cases big cars to park over the line and take up two spaces. If this apartment cost 1000 or 1100 a month that might be acceptable but 1300 a month for this? Mediocre at best.
I selected this apt complex due to the strict lease guidelines. However, the guidelines aren’t followed by the residents nor implemented by the staff. Too many frequent parties that are noisy during the week (M-Th). The quiet hours aren’t taken seriously. The amenities are being used by non-residents. Residents double parking in available spaces in garage.
My resident experience living here has been part of the reason sophomore year has been so fun! So many of my friends are here and we have a huge balcony to enjoy now that the weather is getting nicer!
Wonderful especially the staff, but fix the elevators please ASAP. Also maintenance could be faster when I put in a work order, but this is not as big of an issue as the elevators. The trash smell should also be fixed. Thank you
Apartment was very dirty upon move in. Elevators have been broken on and off consistently for months. Front desk is usually nice/ helpful, so its more of a problem with the owners who don't care.
There was a lot of noise in the townhomes but the location is great. I found the elevators frustrating because they never worked but since I live on the first floor I didn't have to deal with that often.
2400 is a great place to live. As there are with any apartment, they have their flaws, but overall, I have had a very nice year here. The location is my favorite part, but the amenities such as the conference room, computer/printing room, and the 6th floor study room are definitely a close second. They need to work on basic maintenance etiquette and recalling ensuring that everything is at its top condition. Currently, there are a lot of things losing function and it's very chaotic because it is all at once, but if they have better mechanical management, this problem would not have arrived. Great place to live, definitely living better than most of my other college friends and will for sure miss this place next year.
Love it here! So safe and fun to be part of the community. There is always something going on and they respond quickly to any problems. We have Great views as well! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Elevators don’t work. Residents throw things on to the 6th floor. Parking garage safety is questionable (is speed enforced??). Fire alarms randomly go off with no information or announcement of context.
I really like the apartment. Our managers and people who work there really care about us. I appreciate resident appreciation week and the events they put on for us. My only complaint are the elevators.
Ava K P.
So far, the staff has been great and super helpful. We have great amenities, the apartments themselves are so nice, and the location of 2400 ian perfect. However, the ongoing elevator problem is unacceptable. I, along with everyone else, pay over $1200 a month to live at 2400 and to have only one and sometimes NONE of the elevators working? Living on the 12th floor? This should not be an issue and is super inconvenient especially with the number of residents there are.
the staff is very helpful and attentive to any questions that I have. They are always smiling and have great attitudes! The one issue I have is the elevators constantly being broken or trying to get repaired. However, all the amentities and overall building is worth the price. Great location!
Living at 2400 has been a very frustrating experience with the elevators. It has created an environment where we are constantly frustrated with one another on each floor the elevator stops.
I love living here but lately the issues with the elevators have gotten ridiculous. I live on the 14th floor and it’s not possible for me to wait 20 minutes each time I need to get to my apartment. These issues have continued for over a month and while management has sent emails saying they’re dealing with it, they don’t seem to be handling it in a very timely manner.
The unit overall is very nice; however, there are several maintenance issues that never get fixed which is a bother considering how much rent is. My unit still doesn't have hot water after multiple maintenance requests.
This place is ok. I wish the gym was nicer and bigger and people are too loud at times. The towing situation is dumb though like people pay to park there you are just trying to scam us
Clean, okay maintenance guys, still haven’t gotten some of my requests properly fixed, the staff are not willing to make sure everything is satisfactory more focused on putting you down
Great amenities and staff; wish there was multiple garbage locations on each floor and recycling on each floor. The trash rooms are often so crowded you can't open the door. Additionally, having recycling on each floor would encourage more people to recycle and to do it more often.
Overall I have had a good apartment experience. Love my room, however sometimes the heater breaks frequently and without warning which can be inconvenient. There have been quite a few instances in which the elevator situation has also been inconvenient but that appears to be getting better
Good location; rooms are nice. My only complaint is that the elevators are always broken, so since I live on the 16th floor it could take 20 minutes just to go downstairs
Not worth money I pay per month. Front desk won’t help you with anything except getting your packages. Everything always breaking. Elevators never work. Ant problem and cricket problem in building.
Love everything except for the fact that living here is a little pricey. But West Campus in general is overpriced. I live in a double occupancy and the space is very small specially when shared but it makes sesne for the amount of money you are saving.
So far it's been a good experience. The rooms and amenities are nice and current. I really enjoy the gym and swimming pool areas. Also, I love my view from the balcony.
The best part about this apartment complex is the air conditioning. As soon as you want the heat on, the room turns super warm and it you want the room to be cooler, it immediately turns cool.
Parking is my main issue. There needs to be reserved parking to ensure that larger vehicles aren't taking up 2 compact spots.
Overall, living here is good and maintenance issues are fixed quickly (with exception of the elevators).
Elevators are always broken. My room flooded. Hallways always smell bad, Its very noisy. Too many homeless people around exterior; as a female I dont feel safe. The bed is awesome!
Typically pretty noisy, but it's a nice place to relax and it's very close to classes! The leasing is a bit pricey and I'm not too happy with the increase in parking fees and rent.
Good proximity to campus and nice place to live, but hard time with elevator situation and them always being down or being fixed. Amenities are good and very helpful like printing services.
Very overpriced for what you get. Mainly disappointed because I ended up having to live in a tiny one bedroom with another person due to staff misdirections.
Not a lot of noise, the units are the nicest that I've seen in west campus, the gym, pool, and study rooms are amazing, and the staff is always friendly.
I love the management at 2400 but there is still a lot that needs to be fixed and improved on a more steady basis rather than breaking down every other week :/
The elevators are a bit inconsistent. Sometimes there’s all theee working then the next hour only one is working and it’s very inconvenient. Also y’all advertise printing and the printer is almost never working
I've loved 2400 Nueces so far! It is so much better than the last place I lived in. My apartment is in the perfect spot, I don't ever get bothered by noise. If it wasn't my senior year I would sign a lease here again.
Living environment is excellent. However, there are always something about facilities that goes wrong. For example, the AC, the bubl, the balcony door, etc. Anyway, I enjoy the stay!
2400 Nueces is the best location. Very close to campus and to guad. I love living here. The only thing that is frusterating is the elevators. Also sometimes the automatic payments don’t work.
Its a good living space but the elevators are always broken or slow. The work orders always arrive on time and things get fixed, but not the elevators
Elevators always broken and are not reliable. Door to balcony has been broken since day one and nobody has fixed it despite. maintenance requests put in. Rooms are advertised as all the same size, but when measured my room, bathroom, and even closet were smaller than all my roommates. if you're gonna give someone the short end of the stick, you should at least give them one long stick. Heater broke and took some time to get fixed.
it’s super nice. the environment is very friendly and it’s got a nice aesthetic to it, reminds me of a hotel. i’ve gone to the gym a couple of times and it’s great. i don’t do much so it’s perfect for me. i like the choice of machines. i haven’t gone to the pool yet but it’s beautiful and i plan to in the future.
The community assistants are amazing and so helpful. Having broken elevators isn’t very convenient. The rooms are very nice. I wish we had a couple more study rooms
The apartments are super nice and I really like living here. The amenities provided are very well kept and give the complex an even further community feel. The only complaint is the fact that the elevators malfunction quite easily.
Great location in West Campus (everything within a walking distance). 2400 Nueces has a ton of amenties that are offered to the residents. Already renewed the lease for next year.
living here has been great so far! The staff is friendly and fun to talk to. the building is always clean and nice to walk into. however, the elevators have been broken so many times and actually do slow us down, they take forever, especially when one is down.

My apartment was in good condition when I moved in and the things that needed to be fixed were done in a timely fashion. I love every part of living here and always feel welcome! I thought it would be pretty noisy but was surprised to learn that it’s relatively quiet so I never have any issues sleeping or doing homework.
I thought that 2400 Nueces has a good location that is really close to campus. However, the pricing is on the higher end and the elevators are typically slow.
This is an awesome community to live in! The desk staff is so friendly, the apartments feel very safe, and location is so convenient for living on campus. However, the gym here is a little disappointing and there seem to be maintainence problems a lot (elevators down, or my window blinds have broken twice).
An Amazing place to live. Great amenities. wonderful units. a wonderful community of students. Management is helpful and I've never had an issue with maintenance requests or employees.
When I moved in my apartment was very dirty (carpet was really gross and the bathroom was not clean and appliances were old and damaged. The front desk is always nice, and overall living here is fair but definitely disappointing.
I love 2400! Its a great place to live I recommend it for any student, its so close to campus! The amenities are great and the staff is wonderful. I love it.
2400 Nueces is the best, I love the location, the amenities, the people, the gym, the staff, etc... I do wish they had more parking space, but other than that its great.
Great community with good people. All of my friends live here so super convineint for me. Easy to find people with the layout and pool/workout area.
I enjoy the 2400 community, and I love the amenities. However, the maintenance staff isn’t as responsive as I’d prefer. Overall, it has been pleasant living here.
2400 Nueces is a great apartment complex for students. It is close to campus and is in a great location! The floor plans are great and the rooms are pretty spacious.
i love living in 2400. My room is a great size and the community is so much fun. All of the amenities are great. I wish the elevators were faster and less hot. Also we need a shelf in the laundry closet
nice building, internet slow, i lag when i play fortnite scrims so that's a downside. other than that its chill. kinda far from mccombs so I don't plan on living here again.
Love living here! It is super fun and that staff is super helpful and nice. The apartment are really nice, and if there is ever a problem, maintence is always there to fix it. I’ve had a great expierence so far.
2400 is the best location in West Campus to live! It is a close walk to campus and located so close to many of the places you would need to walk to if you’re a student at UT. I haven’t had any problems with appliances in my apartment, which is untrue for some of the other places my friends live. The view is also so beautiful besides the construction work crane on the apartment across the street.
I love living here. By far the best sophomore living off campus. The living spaces are modern and fun, the rooms are beautiful and the amenities are perfect.
The maintenance is not fast at fixing any problems in the building. Overall, I'd say my rating would be good/fair. There are just some things that could use work.
A good apartment and really nice place to live! I really like the pool and the fitness center. However, the couches really need replacing in the community study room!
Nueces is so convenient due to its location! It is so close to food trucks, school, starbucks, and so much more. I am so glad I chose to live here my freshman year of college!
2400 Nueces is a clean, fun and safe place to live. The resources and amenities are amazing. I love the design of the building and quality of my room and view.
I really enjoy the apartment building and great staff, but I wish we had recycling on each floor and a more efficient trash system. I have never been able to throw out the trash down the chute due to buildup. I think having recycling on each floor will also help this problem
Solid amenities but parking is frankly ridiculous at $125. Im going to have to find a different place to park because its so outrageous. We already pay some of the highest rent in west campus and it annoys me when you just try to scalp us for more money every year.
so far so good!! elevators are a little slow but overall i’ve has no problems. I appreciate how quickly I am notified about packages & I like seeing the building being cleaned so often
My experience so far has been great. The staff and amenities are great and I love my apartment. The only issues I've experienced have been the hectic moving day, slow maintenance response, and elevators. The elevators have recently been fixed and much faster so that's been better! I think that 2400 should have separate move in days for a certain section of floors, because this year was too much madness and caused a lot of people hassle and stress.
The room, location, staff, pool, and services are amazing, but the elevator problems made it very inconvenient on the 13th floor. During the beginning of the year the trash room was emptied very infrequently too. Other than that it's great!
overall a great living experience! the staff is super helpful and friendly, and they’re all around my age which makes them easily approachable and fun to talk to. the only problems i’ve had are minimal maintenance and upkeep things, as well as the elevators aren’t always all working, but other than that i love 2400!
I like the close proximity it is to campus, and study spaces come in handy since I don’t have to walk all the way to the PCL for a quiet space!
Nice place to live with every emmenity you can think of. Very fast maintenance, within the hour I was contacted about the problem then within days the problem was fixed.
I like living here except my toilet always breaks and they take forever to respond to the work orders. The elevators are also so slow and make me late to every class
Poor service. I have only lived here since August 11th and I’ve had so many problems:( including AC breaking, dish washer breaking, disposal breaking, clothing washer having mold, shower drain getting clogged, front desk losing packages.. etc
Great amenities, friendly staff, beautiful rooms. Could improve on elevators and parking. Nice views, great club room and gym and pool view.
I feel like I'm paying a premium price for a sub-par apartment. The parking garage is extremely loud and can be heard at all hours from anywhere inside of my apartment. It's loud and completely ruins my living situation. Imagine never having a chance for peace and quiet as a college student.
elevators are the only downside as they are so slow but understandable as i’m on be 16th floor. other than that the rooms are spacious, appliances are nice and upgraded, mattresses are very comfortable.
I really enjoy living at 2400 Nueces. The staff is super helpful and timely with requests, the amenities are great, and the apartment itself is so nice.
The staff is very nice and welcoming, the only recommendations I would have is fixing the elevators and air conditioning the hallways. It is always really hot in the halls
Overall is good. But I am hoping the elevator can function normally. It was not operated all the time. Front desk staffs are mostly friendly.
I like my apartment and our washer and dryers work pretty well. The elevators are always broken and the service elevator works like 1/4 of the time. Lots of windows though so that's cool
2400 is a fantastic place to live with amazing amenities. They are fast to fix any problem I have and the service is overall amazing. It has been a great experience thus far.
Great community and great service. I love living here, it is very close to campus and in a great area of west campus. The amenities are very nice and kept up with. Perfect for students.
I love 2400! Staff is so kinda and welcoming all the time! It’s a nice living area, and I consider myself lucky to have a home here! Great location and great service
Great for the most part except elevators are always broken! Elevator wait time is so long. No air conditioning in the hallways or the elevator.
Really unique, modern place! Great location and close to fricanos and Starbucks! They need to fix the elevators but other than that it’s great!
Living at 2400 has been phenomenal. The location is unrivaled, and the amenities are fantastic. All of the spaces are cleaned daily, and the noise level is kept to a minimum.
I love living here it’s so fun and the service is great!!! it’s also a great location so close to campus and other apartment buildings. best decision!
It's overall an enjoyable experience with the exception of the un-air-conditioned halls and elevators. Staff are generally friendly and helpful and amenities are great.
Enjoy living here. Rooms are spacious and very nice. Rooms also have a nice view. Only complaint I have is that the elevators are very slow.
So far I’ve had a pretty good experience.
Things I don’t like include: elevator wait time, the printers sometimes not working, and the would also like more weights available in the gym.
The apartment and common areas are the best that I've seen in West Campus. The front desk staff are always really helpful and the bedroom is pretty spacious. I also love the balconies. The only bad things are that the wait for the elevators can be up to 5 minutes during busy times and it can get kind of noisy on weekends.
The fact that the internet problems took a month to fix and wasn’t addressed promptly made me want to look for somewhere else to live. I really had a horrible experience because good Wi-Fi was promised and that was not the case
Brian O N.
I have enjoyed living here. The building is kept pretty clean. My only complaint is that the elevators take a long time and one of them is typically broken. Besides that, everything has been good.
2400 Nueces has amazing amenities and great staff. The view from my apartment is stunning as it looks out on the capital. The staff memebers are very helpful
So far it’s been a really nice place to live. The facilities and the proximity to campus couldn’t be better. The one thing I would like to see improve is the rate at which maintenance requests are followed up on.
It’s been alright. I really like the space in my studio apartment and the balcony is nice, but I wish the elevators here were quicker and that the trash chutes were wider because people won’t stop buying bags that are too large and it piles up.
Very clean complex. Maintenance is a little slow on completing orders. Price is a little steep. Very friendly staff and love that there are computers and a printer for free access.
I wish the gym was a little bigger with more equipment, but overall have loved my time here. Love all the windows and the fact that the hallways are enclosed. I feel safe and happy here!
I’m really happy with the amount of space I have in my unit and room. The people at the front desk are really kind and willing to help with any problems.
Great distance from campus, very easy to walk to and from. Great perks for residents throughout the lease. 11 month lease makes it easier on students transitioning into the semester
Experience here is so wonderful~But elevators sometimes take more time. Everyone here is nice and friendly, staff is very helpful. Gym and study room are always my favorite places to hang out~
The elevators are always late and despite having three of them I’ve had to wait over 6 minutes for one before. As well, the lobby/hallways arent properly air conditioned, so there’s no difference when walking from the 100 degree heat outside to the 90 degree lobby. Finally, the appliances that are in the rooms are not the best, as our dishwasher doesn’t wash anything.
But the amenities are wonderful, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the actual rooms are very nice.
Katherine D B.
It was a good experience. Neighbors are very friendly people, the staff works very well to make sure your stay is nice. The elevators are something that should be fixed
Great experience. Maintenance requests are processed very quickly. Everyone in the complex from the front desk to janitors are very nice and always willing to help.
I have lived at 2400 for 2 years now but I have to say this year has been a little disappointing. The management is great, but they took away the mats and bar in the gym, the garage gate is always open (I am paying $100/month for secure parking...), and the elevators seem to always have at least one broken (esp. the service elevator). Also, the lighting in my bathroom is sooo dark it depresses me. That being said, everything else is fine. I overall love the rooms and the location is truly worth paying for.
i love living here. its close to campus and a great location. the staff is great and very helpful. the maintenance is quick and everything is fixed very well. living here is fun and any problems are easily squashed
Great location! Lots of food places around and the campus is a hop, skip, & a jump away! Also, because it is so close by it is nice to get group projects done!
2400 Nueces has been a great apartment to live at this past year. Located in west campus and 2 blocks from UT it is not only convenient but has been a great way to live in downtown Austin. I would defiantly recommend living here during your time at University of Texas!
Living at 2400 Nueces was a great experience! Everyone is very friendly there, the amenities are great and the proximity to campus is a plus!
I believe 2400 Nueces is a phenomenal place to live. It is close to campus and all of my classes. the facilities are great here as well as the staff. I was happy to renew my lease. It is expensive, but well worth it.
I really like it here! The locations is great and the units are nice. Only qualm is that usually the service elevator doesn’t work. But it’s working rn so I’m thankful
Great place to live — nice view, convenient location (super close to campus, very short walking distance), quick maintenance response time, etc.

great location, super close to campus so walking is no problem! the amenities are great as well and the staff is super welcoming and friendly!
I have enjoyed living at 2400. I like the front desk and nighttime security. The study room is too dark to study in. Rather than having couches, it is more reasonable to have more tables in there. The workout room is nice, but could be updated. More people use treadmills than ellipticals. As well, more light weights would be helpful. I appreciate that I never have to lock my apartment, but I would like the option of leaving it unlocked if someone needed to run in.
Fast maintenance, secure, not too loud, great gym equipment, common areas always clean, free printing and computer lab, free coffee, free wifi
Apartment is very clean and management is typically always on point. It can get a little noisy sometimes as the walls seem to be thin and I always hear cars going through the garage.
The apartment offers a lot of ammenities that are not found in many other buildings. It is not noisy and has a modern touch that makes the place more comfortable.
Lived here for two years, loved it. Easy walking distance from campus, convient garage parking. Only downfall was the occasional party in the pool area that makes it impossible to sleep even after quiet hours.
Living at 2400 Nueces has enhanced my college experience by far. Its proximity to campus, reliability, and overall reputation is unbeatable!
Amazing location. Amazing amenities. Great community with an awesome staff. I've lived here 2 years and its been a great place to be. You can walk to the union, a restaurant or a frat party in less than 10 minutes.
I love it here! Great location and great amemnities. The staff are super nice and helpful too, including the maintence who come in a timely manner and accommodate us.
It has been a great experience living at 2400 Nueces. This is my second year living here and I have enjoyed it greatly. Great room setup, amenities, pool/hot tub, great location.
I love living here because it’s close to campus and the security is pretty great: front doors lock after a certain time, you need a fob to get in the elevators, and there’s not chance that you’ll leave your apartment and forget to lock the door. However, my apartment overlooks the pool deck and there are constantly parties going on but any noise complaint is ignored or they just ask them to “turn it down” which lasts all of 5 minutes. Maintenance is always taken care of almost immediately, and the amenities are good for what I need
The location of this building is absolutely ideal. It is close to campus and in an area where I feel safe not to mention conveniently located by many retail locations and campus. The only primary issue I have seemed to notice is the elevators not working properly.
This apartment has great amenities, including a gorgeous pool area, and a friendly help desk, but it's frustrating living here when the elevators are constantly breaking and it takes ages to go up or down. At least they tend to fix it within the week.
Great experience. Clean rooms, spacious, nice amenities, friendly staff. Only issues would be the bad elevators and the lock out fees associated with leaving key in room
I do like 2400 and I am happy that I live here. It is the best place to live in West Campus. I would recommend it for undergrad students because it is close to campus.
The experience here is great because of the people working for the complex and the residents who live in it. We also get great service and are able to enjoy our home!
living at 2400 has been great, the rooms are super nice and the front desk is good about notifying residents about packages. I wish maintenance was available on weekends though
I feel like this complex is one that falls under the "not all that glitters is gold" category. Reason being that it may look nice and shiny on the outside but the management and staff on the inside need serious work.
I have been very happy with my experience so far and highly recommend to all my friends. People often ask me how i like it, and I always tell them i love it and that it is so convenient to campus.
2400 is a great place to live because utilities are included in rent. Also the placement of the apartment is perfect. School is close by and there are plenty of close by places for food & has.
I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home my first year in Austin! The atmosphere is modern yet homey, the people are great and maintenance is great!
I love the amenities of the apartment and view of the tower can't be beaten however we need more elevators because I'm tired of waiting 5 to 10 minutes for each ride.
The building is extremely nice and so close to campus! The staff is always kind and helpful. Maintenance is quick to arrive and gets the job done. A great place to live!
Living here is great, there is a refrigerator and a microwave that work well. The shower gets ht pretty fast, which i can appreciate. 10/10 would live here again.
I love living here at 2400 Nueces. There always seems to be a clean and fun atmosphere. I have made lifelong friends with my roommates. Definitely recommend
I love the facilities at 2400. The pool is very nice. I love studying in the study rooms with a nice open view of the tower with all of the windows.
Great overall, the guide channel on TV is so slow though. The pool is awesome and the room views are awesome. Haven’t had any issues with washer and dryer which is spectacular
I love the location and amenities offered. I am bothered with the lack of service elevator working and the idea I had to resign my lease so early for an entire year ahead.
I love living at 2400 Nueces. It is a perfect location for people that attend the University of Texas at Austin. The only thing I have to say that reflects semi poorly about the complex is that the elevators can take forever.
I love the atmosphere and cleanliness of the apartment as a whole! The staff is so friendly and maintenance response time is so quick. I highly recommend 2400 Nueces to everyone!
Good experience. The location is in the right spot, very close to campus. Maintenance is great but rooms are small and the apartment is overpriced.
Expensive but the place could be a lot larger for the price. Everyone is nice and quite which is rare in West campus. They also have free coffee and snacks downstairs.
sometimes loud at night and my fob never works. 14th floor has a good view but the elevators take forever so I would recommend a lower floor
Living at 2400 Nueces is a great experience. I love the facilityand all the different amenities they offer. It’s very close to campus so I have no problem when running late to class.
I love this area and the amenities I️t has but the elevators are a huge hassle. Honestly if those were in better shape (including the service elevator) living here would be 5 starts!
I love my neighbors and the quality of my apartment. However, I did not give 5 stars due to the elevator situation. The service elevator near my room has be broken for a month which is unacceptable.
Amazing! I really enjoyed this complex and the staff was amazing! This was one of the best places to live in Austin hands down. Great facility.
office is very poorly staffed this semester it seems like the staff is better but they need to get better manager. elevators need to be replaced. Should have been replaced 3 years ago.
Amazing living experience. I love all of the perks we get. Staff is also very responsive and friendly. I love living here and being so close to campus
I like how they always get back to you as soon as I make contact. Also staff are always friendly. Community is overall very clean and wonderful to live.
Overall great experience. Amenities are great even if everything is always breaking down all the time, like the elevators. Located in an ideal spot in west campus.
I love living here! It has a great location to the UT campus. I can get to class from my apartment quickly. The building is always clean and well kept.
I love living here. I have a pool side balcony view on the the 12th floor and I couldn’t have made a better choice for a apartment complex. The people are ALWAYS friendly, and the staff is ALWAYS there to help. The elevators are frustrating but I realize that isn’t there fault!
Love it here it is so awesome all my friends live here Craig at the front desk is such a homie I just wish the coffee was filled more often but other than that it's Gucci
2400 is a great community. I find the various incredible and useful services very useful and incredible in various ways. Additionally, there are various ways that make 2400 incredible and useful.
Great amenities and staff. Very clean with a good view and appliances included. I like the beds and furniture that is given. Good residence surprises like food.
Rooms allow a lot of natural lighting. Also has a great view of campus and the tower. The building in secure with fob access. We have a 24 hour desk as well which is nice.
2400 is a good place to live. It’s quiet and clean. The only complaint I have is the elevators break down frequently. As a resident who lives on the 16th floor, this can be difficukt to deal with.
Love 2400! The elevators are just show and minor mistakes in my room such as the toilet paper rack is side ways. The staff is very nice and helpful
I don't like the parking situation. People park in spaces where they're not allowed, and the facility does not enforce parking rules. For example, there are designated spots for hybrid and electric vehicles and people without those park there and 2400 doesn't do anything.
I love 2400! The facilities are great and I love taking advantage of the fitness room! The staff here are also always helpful and polite; one of the front desk employees even helped me carry up boxes to my room once when my hands were full it was so nice.
Only complaint is that the service elevator never works. I love all the amenities and the trash collection is very convenient. I also like how we get free coffee and breakfast on wednesdays!
I really like all the amenities 2400 provides from the pool to the fitness room overlooking the tower. My room is wonderful snd management has been very receptive to my requests. My only complaint is the elevators that are consisteny broken! I wish 2400 would repair/replace them once and for all so they don’t require fixing every day.
2400 has a great community, positive atmosphere, and great views of tower/capitol/downtown. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only negative is the appliances are not very good such as really low water pressure and dish water cleans dishes semi-well.
Mary E H.
Living at 2400 has been a great experience. The front desk people are great, the building is clean, and easily accessible. If I had the choice, I would live here again.
I enjoy getting notified when my packages have arrived in the mail. Also when I file a maintenance request they are fast and responsive about fixing the issue.
I love it. Staff is great. Room is very spacious. Amenditites are great. Parking garage is great. Great community and coffee downstairs every morning makes my day.
I love it, its been a blast living here with all my friends. The amenities are amazing and the location on campus is hard to beat. My favorite place i've lived in Austin so far for sure!
Great, except the serivce elevator tends to go out all the time. Maybe need to put mirrors in the parking garage to see if cars are coming around the corner.
great place to live! front desk is always helpful, rooms are awesome. the pool is always clean so that’s a huge plus too. also the location is amazing
I love living here! The staff is super helpful and always friendly and the apartment building is always really clean. I have no complaints about the apartment its self.
My apartment community is amazing. Although home is hours away, the aparentment community makes 2400 Nueces as if I never left home to attend UT.
apartment is great. amenities are awesome. staff is super friendly and helpful. very clean, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. great decision to live at 2400
I love living here! The amenities are so nice and the location is perfect! It feels so homey! The complex is kept so nice and clean. I am definitely glad that I chose to live here!
Employees are very respectful and friendly towards every resident at 2400. The only downside is that the service elevator never works when you need it to.
I love how the apartment is modern, clean, and comfortable to live in. I also like that amenities are included rent so I do not have to worry about them.
I love living here at 2400 Nueces. All my needs are met here from needing a balcony to being close to campus. All the amenities are also a nice touch.
Very poor maintenance requests. Lobby smells. Friendly desk staff though they use the conference room and don't publicize how anyone else can use it to study.
Pretty facility, sometimes poor management or maintenance attendance. Took a long time for a cabinet to be fixed when submitted request immediately upon move in
The people at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. I love all of the extra things they do for their residents like waffle Wednesday.
2400 Nueces has great rooms, is not too noisy, and is really great community to live in in Austin. It is also the ideal location for a quick walk to campus.
My apartment is really nice, but the staff are terrible, especially when it comes to mail. The elevators are really slow. Also, it is super expensive.
Living here has been a lot safer and better in general from my past experiences in West Campus. I wish I knew about this place when I was a freshman!
I really like living here but the elevator by my room is always broken and the wifi is often extremely slow which can make it hard to do homework.
Really great staff and community! Staff is always super helpful. Beautiful apartments with great views. I love the head to toe windows! I love living here !
The cleanliness and conditions of the room are great. The only thing that has been frustrating is the time it takes for maintenance to respond to work orders. But I do understand that there are many residents here and they are doing the best they can do
The location of the apartments makes it easy to walk to class. I love the free coffee bar downstairs and the conference room is great to study in.
i quite enjoy living here. one of the treadmills is broken which is annoying. also i live on sixth floor by courtyard (not pool) and there is always a very bright light on at night outside. whats up with that
I really like how attentive and quickly the management responds. However, I'm in a 2x2 doubled-up and the room is a bit cramped. The modern theme of the room makes up for it though
2400 is a great place to live, considering the area it has surrounding it. A walk to campus is about 5 minutes and there are plenty of food stores & convenient stores around. The only issue I would complain about is the maintenance issues, considering the elevators & also the time it would take to hear back from the staff via email.
I have really enjoyed the girls I was paired with and I love the location of the apartments. The rent is very expensive which stresses me out but it's worth it for the location and size of my townhome.
I've had a great experience living in 2400. My best friend and I actually just renewed our apartment for next year and we couldn't be more excited
I love my home. It's nice. But very expensive. Wish that the elevators worked though. Nice view and close to campus. Short walk to tower and Starbucks.
Overall an amazing place to live. The area is great and I love the proximity to campus. Elevator maintenance could be better but it's not really a problem.
I feel very safe here. I love how clean it is. The workers at the front desk are very kind. Anytime there's a maintenance problem it's a quick fix!
Great location close to campus, many great amenities, super helpful staff, and a very prompt + efficient maintenance crew. Very positive living experience!
Julia E D.
The employees are very attentive and fast at responding to me! I am very pleased with the over all experience here. My apartment is great and the garage also has a wide enough space for bigger cars.
Overall it's been a pleasant experience. The only real issue would be the elevators. They are always broken so you have to wait forever to get on one and then they're super packed and hot.
The location is very nice and close to campus. The staff are welcoming and have events every so often like free waffles or donuts that are really cool. The only thing is sometimes the elevators take a really long time and at least one seems to always be under maintenance.
I really like 2400. I find the location to be super convenient. The only things I struggle with is the elevators and the trash policy. The elevators take forever and the trash pickup policy is a little unclear. Overall would recommend.
Great! Elevators are a little slow but that's only when one is broken which isn't that often honestly. the front desk staff is so nice and always very helpful!
It's a great location with great amenities. I have just been frequently disappointed by the elevators and printers so far. They always seem to be broken. When I moved into the community I had old spiderwebs in various places of my unit which I found strange. Not to mention I can't reach the fan strings so I'm stuck on one level forever.
I am glad I chose 2400 Nueces to be my home during my first year at UT! It's close to camps, clean, spacious, and the staff is very friendly
I love how clean the apartment is and how friendly the comunity is. In addition it's such a quiet place to live and so close to campus! I want to live here next year
2400 Nieces has been awesome about making us feel welcome to the big city with such awesome events and gifts like waffles on Wednesdays and yoga by the pool!
Everything is really nice and all the staff is friendly. All the different facilities make it so easy to do everything you need in one building. The only hard thing to deal with are the elevators!
Move in, I felt, was super disorganized. They should have had dollies for us to use. Also the elevator in the back, the service elevator, was out the entire day. However, ever since, maintenance has been good. The front desk staf is not very personable and they are always talking to their friends down there.
I currently live at 2400 Nueces in Austin, Texas with 3 of my good friends. I love my apartment because it is very spacious and bright! The staff is also very attentive.
I have loved being a resident here so far, and I love being so close to campus. My biggest complaint is that the elevators stop working frequently.
Convenient place in west campus, though i wish it could be a little closer to campus. The building is great and the community is nice. I like it here and the rooms are very nice as well.
I love 2400 and living here. The only things I wish were improved upon were the elevators efficiency and making sure they all work regularly. And also computers in the lab working with the printer because a lot of times something is wrong. But overall this place is awesome!!!
Better elevators & later hours to pick up packages. Need a laundry service available for purchase as well as having a cleaning service for purchase
I have enjoyed living in 2400 Nueces so far! I have a SMART Housing unit and really enjoy the space itself. I wish 2400 would have had an event to introduce residents to each other and the complex better, but other than that it's been a beautiful place to live!
2400 is a very nice place to live but very slow in fulfilling maintenance orders. The 6th and 14th floor have high ceilings which makes the apartments look much more spacious. The location is also in perfect proximity to campus, while still being apart of west campus life. The amenities are also a bonus.
Very clean and easily accessible. Elevators take a while due to the amount of residents, but that's really the only problem I've had! I love the trash service- super conveient
Good amenities. Hard to get to people on your floor unless you already know them. Elevators can be a little slow sometimes but not bad. People who work here are very nice and helpful.
nice but prices are inflated, was much more affordable two years ago. Needs better management, maintenance is slow. Too many dogs for a place that claims no pets
I like the people I've met in the apartment complex and appreciate the mail being delivered straight to my door. Maintenance requests are also filled quickly.
Poor job communicating about issues in building. Elevators are horrible. Great amenities and residents though. I have lived here for two years and they are constantly doing maintenance in our rooms, but the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I like that there is always security there.
Great! Thank you for letting us know and keeping us up to date with emails about the complex and making sure the place is looking awesome!!!
Great service. Management responds quickly to requests. The only thing that sucks is when the elevators are broken down and how slowly they go.
The maintenance crew needs to be more efficient. For example, the internet keeps messing up and unfortunately the front desk keeps saying that this is not their problem.
2400 Nueces offers the optimal location, great amenities, and comparably nice apartments. However, it definitely isn't worth the price. The elevators are constantly broken, people leave the hallways and elevators messy during the weekends, and the bathroom floors are just so ugly. I live in a 2x2 and pay $1210/month. This price does include all the amenities and all, but still not sure if it's worth it.
Overall my experience has been good. I think the only things that need improving are maintenance and cleaning. I don't quite understand the trash and recycling system, and I wish recycling was easier and more encouraged around the building.
It's a great place to live with great amenities and a great location, it just seems like there is always something broken or being worked on.
The elevators are consistently broken and the front desk staff can act like we are bothering them instead of just trying to print or get a package.
I just recently had a problem with the trash system. I already have a trash bin that I keep clean but someone keeps putting a trash can full of beer bottles and food. I have reported it to the front office and no one has even called me back. I am extremely offended and disappointed with management. I have been very satisfied with 2400 until now. I would've at least appreciated a call back.
The building overall is good. The apartment is spacious, the appliances and fixtures work as they should. However, it is a little too pricy for the quality and the elevators constantly seem to be broken.
Overall good. Came into my apartment today with a letter saying they would be coming in today that I never received the day before so that was unexpected.
I have lived in 2400 nueces for 2 years and have had a great experience.
It is clean, safe and great location. I cannot hear any noise in the hallway or other apartments.
The apartment offers great amenities, from the pool, to the gym, to outdoor grilling. It is however, overpriced. The elevators are perpetually broken, broken gym machines, and sometimes the computers don't work.
I have honestly had the worst experience at the 2400 nueces apartments. The management is not friendly and very unorganized. I wish I lived somewhere else.
Love 2400 Nueces! The facility is really nice and well located, and the staff is usually very helpful. Planning to live here again next year.
Safe, only issue is the elevators that seem to break down and takes a long time to fix. Other than that it's very safe and I've never had any issues staff is attentive
The building is nice, front desk staff are friendly, and maintenance are quick and friendly. However, the elevators are broken ALL the time and we are never informed on which ones are working or when they will be fixed.
Management blows elevators always broken. Not to mention the fact that half of all the residents had their apartments flood bc of pipes bursting lmao
The location is the only good thing about this place. Everything always breaks down. They couldn't even finish the walls in my room. Needs a lot of improvements.
Pretty good. The elevators suck but the stuff is pretty nice I guess. Maintainers should do something about the elevators. Other that that I like the pool.
Fix the elevatora and make aure all of the computers work with the printer. Currently, only one of the maxs will connect and print. The rest do not connect and it makes it very difficult.
Elevators have been a problem - both the front and the service elevator. Also, the room flooding this year was a pain. Overall, it's a good complex but wasn't built too great.
Pool is so loud, card always gets demagnetized. Thin walls, and o expensive, but good location and fast maintainence. Bad phone reception at home.
Everything is wonderful except elevator unknowns and trash pickup is spotty! I have referred all of my friends to live at 2400 and most of them are going to!
Great place to live with awesome amenities and proximity to campus. However, recently there has been a lot of issues with the elevators and printing in the computer lab.
I love everything about 2400 Nueces except for the fact the elevators are often not working. A lot of people live here, and only one elevator isn't enough for us all. Other than that, the place is very beautiful, the amenities are wonderful, and the location is great for a UT student.
The facility is nice, the amenities are great, and the staff is excellent. The loss of the star comes from small spaces, maintenance issues, and noise. However, it is a prime location and a good experience overall.
Great. Fast when I request repairs and security is fantastic. Only issue I have is with the elevators. They are always so slow and one is always broken.
Great! Maintenance does a great job and is very timely. Apartment is clean and very organized. Coffee is perfect in the morning and I enjoy how they constantly have it!
Service like no other, I love the vibe , the people, and and how well organized 2400 is. The pool area is always clean, as well as the gym! I enjoy living here so so much!
Everything is always very clean and my maintenance requests are responded to quickly, but the front desk has misplaced my packages multiple times. They also have mistakenly charged me or my roommate multiple times.
I've enjoyed living here. The staff are pretty good and are generally really nice. Some facilities could use better maintenance, especially the fitness room. The lobby and other community spaces are clean, but the grills should be cleaned at least once every couple months. Besides that, the maintainable and cleaning staff are really amazing. And I also really like the text notifications for packages.
Facilities are nice, but not well maintained. Elevators are constantly down, rooms flooded, work being done in apartments, packages lost, etc
Noise level is bad, thin walls, bad lighting, and a lot of things break down. However Maintainence is friendly and quick, and rooms are very spacious. Very good location, and close to campus. Apartments are well kept and managed.
All of the sprinkler stuff was a pain but the maintenance crew is good and the office people are usually helpful. The gym could use more equipment.
Great location. Rules often not enforced (quiet hours, dogs, trash in hallways). Maintenance issues are recurring and frustrating. I live on the 15th floor and don't want to take the stairs when the elevators are broken. It feels as if the elevators break more than they should. I do like the security of the building and the amenities. Management better than most buildings in West Campus.
Gym remains relatively small, but has adequate equipment. Staff at the front desk are friendly. Additionally, emails are sent out right away when elevators or the wifi is down.
pretty good place to live except for all of the pipe issues and repairs...the people who work here are nice and usually students as well. They answer your questions fairly. quick.
Everything is good for the most part. The trash and maintenance works really well. I wish the elevators were a bit more reliable and I wish the car readers worked more quickly
Conveniently located at 24th and Nueces, 2400 Nueces is the ideal spot for someone who wants to be near campus. The amenities and views are what initially attracted me, but the community and staff is why i've stayed.
I love the location of the apartment complex to the school and to all areas around west campus. It is very east to head to school or pick up lunch.
apartment has okay management but very nice amenities like a work out room, pool, hot tub, study room, conference room, printer access, several vending machines.
I love living here, the only thing is, I would love for recycling to be a bit more accessible. There isn't a way to tell the bins apart downstairs and that makes it so much more difficult.
The rooms are super nice and I have a fantastic view. The location is perfect for walking to class. However, the sprinkler system ordeal was off putting and irritating. That should have been taken care of years ago.
I love this building! 2400 Nueces is new. It's also well designed. 2400 is located in a very very convenient location. I have lived in this building for three years and am a huge fan!
2400 Nueces is a great location for any UT student - there are many restaurants nearby and I'm close to all of my classes! The apartment is very clean and the staff is very respectful.
Horrible maintenance experience. Everyone on my floor had things missing from their apartments an mine was left a mess after the construction.
Living in 2400 Nueces is really good because 2400 Nueces is located super close to UT campus. Also, there is a computer lab and residents can use a computer and a printer for free.
Great maintenance and amenities; super quick with maintenance requests; mail is also secure and very easy to pick up; elevators are a little slow something
I really like living here because the location is really nice and also the management is really flexible. The place is kept up I just wish the elevators would work.
I love living at 2400 Nueces!! I can't say that I have any complaints at the moment!! Great staff, great rooms, great services!! I would def recommend.
Great amenities, beautiful complex. However, often very dirty... This is because of tenants and not staff. There is often garbage in the hallways, especially because of the Valet Trash System. People do not pay attention to the rules about hours.
My experience at 2400 Nueces has been excellent. The staff is always very nice and helpful, the amenities are great, and the location and closeness to campus makes it an amazing place to live in West Campus. I feel safe living here.
Some maintenance problems and party noises on occasions. However, staff responds quickly to call and is very helpful. Good neighborhood and convenient location.
So far 2400 Nueces has been great. With everyone getting packages for school, I've been impressed by the organization. Everything is clean and, other than elevator sometimes not functioning, the building is well maintained.
I moved in this semester, and so far so good! The front desk has been very helpful and I've had quick responses with maintenance and mail services.
y'all are doing well.... the only complaint is that y'all do not have a recycle option in the trash room... it is hard to carry boxes down 15 floors, even if on the elevator
this is great y'all are great great way to get involved and earn points great date eight mate late ate kate knight like mike bike kite lite bite
I really enjoy living at 2400 Nueces. The apartment is very nice as is the staff. It feels like a resort, which is awesome. It is the best apartment I have ever lived in at UT!
The apartment complex is great as well as all the amenities that come with 2400. Great location - it is very close to class. Love how packages are managed by the staff - very safe way to ensure my packages don't get stolen like they did at my old place!
it's a great place to live with a great location and great staff. however when there is a serious issue, it is extremely frustrating to have to deal with someone your age to get it fixed. need more adult staff present
Everything is great, I love living here. Everyone is very friendly, and the amenities I have are unreal. Thanks for being such a great place to live.
This community has been great. It really is one of the best communities I have been a part of. The service is high quality and the neighbors are friendly.
Nice amenities and good service throughout the community, I'm constantly worried about the flooding that has been happening though, so hopefully no more floods occur!
The experience has been good. There have been a few inconveniences with the sprinkler system (ex. floods), but 2400 Nueces has treated us well for this bad experience.
Great living but constant construction or maintenance. Great apartments ith minimal problems. Great location very close to campus. Elevators can be slow sometimes
Love everything about living here, such a great place to live! Would definitely recommend to all of my friends whenever possible. Thanks for having such a cool community!
Great place to live with tons of amenities included. Great location in West Campus; walking distance from UT campus. Would be nicer if stairs were more accessible to get into the apartment!
Great apartment! Nice view and nice services! Valet trashing service is the most favorite part and all crews who work 2400 Nueces have passion to help us.
I think over all 2400 Nueces is a great place to live, they accommodate their residents and although it's pricy it's still the best place to live in West Campus.
I really like the surprise goodies and food y'all put out for events! The elevators are down often, but besides that, good. Maintenance is really good with coming fast.
I love living here! it is really efficient and functional :)! I love how everything is nearby! I've been living here for 2 years and I'm staying more :D
The management staff at 2400 Nueces is very professional and always willing to help residents. I've never had a problem with the facilities or staff since I have lived here.
I love living here, but the work on the rooms was a pain. I do think the compensation was accurate and okay. I was concerened about the flooding. I wish we could choose to keep our rooms unlocked in order to not always use key fobs.
I have lived here for three years. The first two were great but recently I have been having issues with management regarding the construction being in our room for a ridiculous amount of time and our dishwasher always being broken. Management does a poor job of communicating with residents.
Just logged in for the first time today and I think that this idea is really interesting! So far it has been easy to use and I can't wait to start earning rewards. I like the companies that I can claim rewards for, but I wish there were more options.
I'd like management to keep residents better informed about issues that happen at the building, like when the fire alarm goes off or someone's apartment floods, I'd like to know what happened and what was done about it in a timely manner
While yes, it is a very nice building, in the two years I have lived there you all have had to do construction in my apartment twice. The first time was mold that you didn't take care of before we moved in so we had to move out during christmas break. The second time with all of the faulty piping throughout the whole building. It all has created a hectic environment.
I enjoy the great amenities that 2400 has to offer. The hottub and pool are a very generous size. The trash services also make living at the complex so convienent!
Need to do something about the workers taking up the elevators. Have been late to class too many times because of them. Maybe only let them use side elevator.
Besides the multiple flooding issues due to pipes this year, the complex has been great to live in! Location and amenities are fantastic. Management is good.
Great place to live. Close to campus. Great living community. Great accommodations. The owners are always trying to make the building the best it can be which is very refreshing
Y'all are doing good, this seems like a fun and rewarding way to stay connected with the community. I'm digging the amazon gift cards as rewards.
Front desk is really helpful and I really like the package system other than its speed. The pacakages sometimes take days to be registered and for me to get a message. The elevators need to be cleaned more often.
I love living here! I would stay here forever if I could. Such beautiful and well-kept amenities. And the view is beautiful from every side of the building. Really wonderful place
Living here is overall very good. The place is clean and seems very secure. However, the construction with the sprinklers have been going on in my apartment for over two weeks when they said it would be done in about a week.
This is a great place to live! I've been extremely pleased with the staff and my experience thus far. I would highly recommend this place to my friends.
Aside from a pretty intrusive construction period overall, satisfied with living conditions. Staff is helpful and desk always has someone ready to assist. Apartment has great location but feels old; ceiling looks like trash wherever you go and things are constantly not working. Cricket infestation wasn't as bad this semester but that's no fault of the apartment's.
this is absolutely great! giving back to the residents in this way would definitely increase brand loyalty. I can say that I am really proud of being nueces family!
Just wish you had a termination clause in the lease. Other than that, the staff are respectful and do their best to accommodate us and attend to our needs.
Great amenities but too expensiveness for the price. Problems with water pressure and temperature. Flooding has been an extremely problem in the fall 2016
I don't know what this is for and whether i'm supposed to bebrating my apartment building or thus website I'm on. I just got an email to fill this out.
Nice apartment at first but horrible management and customer service. Place seems to be falling apart with all of the flooding. When mine flooded no one knew what was going on and the manager would never answer or return calls.
2400 is great a replying to maintenance issues, and it is usually very speedy in replying to other requests. My only complaint is that responses don't always result in answers or fixes to my problems. Otherwise, best apartments in west campus.
I am fairly new to this system but it seems to be something worth while. I enjoy the chance to win/earn a prize of value to me. I hope it actually works.
I like the staff. Staff is friendly. I wish the broken things would get fixed earlier. Nice apartment. I love the location. The construction knocked the rating down quite a bit.
The external appearance of 2400 is wonderful. However, pervasive problems occur, without any or satisfactory efforts by management to fix them. A primary frustration is that the printer is always low on ink, resulting in unreadable documents. The front desk does not refill ink on time, often even when asked. There is trash that has been in my trashcan, that I did not place there, and it has been there for weeks; this is not my responsibility to remove, but 2400's responsibility, and it has not been taken care of. Overall, while the external appearance is appreciated, there are consistent problems with the building that either take an unacceptably long time to fix, or they remain broken or problematic. For the outrageous rent we pay monthly, I expect better quality front desk employees (one in particular is unacceptable), as only four of them (three young women and one young man) have even the remotest inklings of customer service and people skills. I hope in the future, 2400 will be more responsive in a timely fashion than the subpar service they've mostly shown this year. Angie is a good manager, and the four strong front desk employees are greatly appreciated.
You guys are doing a good job of keeping the residents informed with up to date information. I just wish that there was a way to make the elevators faster.
I hope I get my money. I like money. This website is cool. You've said I was spam. I did not like that part. Good news is I can type really fast.
I love living at 2400 Nueces. I've lived here for 4 years, since it first opened its doors. The facilities are incredible and the people in charge are kind and accommodating.
the staff is great. Everybvody is ncie. I would have wish that the grill near the pool is going to get fix soon. Also, I would like to have a second key.
You're doing alright. It was a serendipitous that I discovered this facility. This whole 'repairing the water system' issue could have been dealt with while students were on break instead of interfering with their lives.
Overall great job. The workers were a bit messy while in the apartment. The maintenance is always extremely quick and they are in and out within a day.
Elevator doors need to be repaired... They open so slowly! Also, I miss last year's pancake breakfast. Bring the pancakes back! Finals week snacks would also be nice. Sending out a guide on how to heat the hot tub to new residents would be good info (not sure how to do it)
I love my townhouse and the fact that I can access it from the outside. Maintenance is great and responds really quickly! Great place to live and study!
The building appears quite nice but upon living here I realize some of the internal system are not top notch. For example, my floor has flooded twice this semester. Additionally, I find that my shower runs out of hot water quite easily. The amenities are top notch but the systems could use some major improvements. Also the rooms are a bit small for my taste, but that has more to do with the architecture than an issue that 2400 could fix now.
Minus all of the floods and construction that lead me to this website, all the people who work at the front desk are awesome. Top quality community assistants.
I think that you guys are doing pretty great in terms of offering a really solid experience for the residents because all my friends are pretty jealous of how sick this place is.
I moved in my sophomore year, renewed my lease for my junior year, and will more than likely do the same for my senior year because there is not a better place to live!
Really nice building, common areas are sometimes dirty and the flooding is really kinda scary but the staff seems really nice and helpful when I need something.
2400 is a great place to live with really nice ammenities. The people at the front desk are always very friendly. Glad to see they are trying to take care of the flooding problem
I think this a great idea on how to get residents involved in the community and it helps relieve stressors that residents might have with the company
Living at 2400 has been great despite the flooding and fire alarms! The service is pretty good although I would like to see more smiling faces at the front desk to make me feel more welcome.
Apartment is good and amenities are good however the constant fire alarms and floods are such a pain and discourage me from renewing. Also the people who worked on the sprinklers were very standoffish and often gossiped and sat on my furniture while I was not home (came back to three workers sitting on my couch chilling and it was very uncomfortable). I wish we got an evaluation of that work so I could have been sure it didn't happen to other people.
I love this apartment complex SO much.
It's a really uplifting place to live
It's like living in a museum
And there's abundant high-quality community space
Maintenance is really really responsive
The staff is amazing
Very good! Except the fire alarms each month are kind of annoying but y'all as a community are awesome. Very attentive and always quick and the place is always nice and clean
great place to live!!!! so many amenities to enjoy, they even have tanning beds, the rooms are so nice and the staff is incredible. i love living here!
Everything is great besides the fire alarms going off and the sprinkler systems flooding people's rooms! Front desk staff is awesome and the package system is AMAZING!
Great Job. I think the staff is great and all of them are really helpful. Also, if anything get broken it gets fixed immediately. 2400 nuces
Great!! I am excited to earn rewards. Nueces should have done this a long time ago. This is the first year they are doing rewards. Interesting
The amenities are very nice but maintenance requests take a very long time to complete. I enjoy my room and the pool, and the social environment here is very nice.
I have had a few problems with appliances in my apartment, but matienence has always been fast and efficient! It's a nice place to live, and it is a very convenient place for walking to and from campus!
This building has honestly had a lot of problems this year. While it is a nice facility and is not that old, there have been multiple incidences this year including flooding.
Very sick of the flooding, constant fire alarm going off, workers in my room, elevators moving extremely slowly when I need to get to class, etc. But, the thing that I think is the easiest to change and really upsets me the most is the fact that there are constantly workers' cars in the parking garage, making it extremely difficult (but on some days impossible) to get out of the parking garage. This is my home, where I am living for a year, and it has not been a good experience. Oh, and when I first moved in to this apartment building, the room was a complete disaster. It had obviously not been cleaned thoroughly after the last resident, and this led to an ant infestation in our room. One of my roommates eyes was bitten, causing it to swell for over a week. Not to mention the insane amount of cigarette butts on our porch, which had obviously not even been touched by a cleaning person. I just think that this is absolutely ridiculous, and when I have tried to contact the manager or friends of mine have, she always happens to be unavailable to talk. When things go wrong, someone needs to take responsibility, and that is not happening here.
The amenities at 2400 are great, if they work. The pool this summer was green (ew), the elevators never seem to be working, and for the past year there have been several flooded apartments and random fire alarms.
I really enjoy living here at 2400 Nueces. It's such a great space to live and be off-campus! I definitely will reccomend this place to peers
Amazing. The cricket issue was annoying but has since gone away. No further complaints, everything works very nicely. I don't know what else to say, keep it up.
Get place to live with very friendly staff. Best location in west campus that is close to the university. Never gets too noisy and always feels clean.
It's a nice place to live, but the amount of issues are exceedingly frustrating. We pay too much to deal with constant maintenance and fire alarms going off every other week in a very very new building.
The place is great, maintenance guys are awesome, friendly staff, clean facilities. However the frequent alarms, numerous flooding incidents, and construction noises are ridiculous.
I've lived at 2400 Nueces for 2 years now and while the 1st year was great, the 2nd has been horrible. My apt experienced a burst sprinkler pipe that caused our entire apt to flood (causing thousands of dollars in damage). We were out of our apt for 2 weeks. I found the 2400 upper management to be very frustrating and difficult to get in contact with. Are apt has been one of many to flood this semester.
I think 2400 is a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. The amenities are great and the people at the front desk are very helpful.
The apartment is great but the fire alarms go off every week and peoples rooms are flooding and it is a big inconvenience. It interrupts our study time and wastes important time, espcially with it being so close to finals
I love living at 2400 because it's where my friends are, and I know I'm fortunate to live somewhere so nice, but at the same time, it's frustrating that such a new place needs so much maintenance. Clearly a sign of how well the building was built
Living here is great! It is a short walk to campus and is located near plenty of great places to eat and shop too. The pool, gym and study rooms are a great asset to living here!
There have been many problems with the sprinklers. When we came back to our apartment from the summer break, it was flooded and all of the wood was wet, overflowing with water. It was a huge inconvencience and the managers didn't really care much about it. If they had compensated us, it would've been okay but no one even said sorry. All of our stuff could've gotten ruined.
Living at 2400 has been a wonderful experience. Maintenance request are responded to quickly, people working the front dest are friendly, and my apartment is cozy and homy.
Overall living at 2400 is nice. Staff could be nicer and more helpful and honestly it's ridiculously overpriced. Prices should be lowered to compete with other places to live in West Campus. Since University House opened, if I was looking at places to live in West Campus, I would definitely pick there over 2400 Nueces.
Good service for the most part, wifi cable and elevators down frequently. Apartment is nice, but certain parts could be better (water pressure, etc) which maintenance said they couldn't fix. Still a great place to live with great view of Austin.
This is a great place to live; the location is almost unmatched, and the building itself and rooms are very high quality. I could do without the flooding but that is being handled well so I'm thankful for that.
You're okay. I feel like with the two apartments being flooded within the span of a month or two, I'm reconsidering living here. That's ridiculous.
This website is really really really cool They make it easy to get points and fun! They also have great partnership with many other companies.
I love this place! The location is great and maintenance and staff are always dependable. The security is well guarded at night and I always feel safe living here.
I've enjoyed living here so far! It's close to campus and my parents love how secure it is. Everything has been good and clean. The only time I've felt inconvenienced was during the time that the sprinkler system was being fixed, for various reasons.
THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS AWESOME!!! The staff at 2400 are very helpful, the maintenance works fast, and the building is always clean. 2400 Nueces is my favorite apartment complex here in Austin!
