The external appearance of 2400 is wonderful. However, pervasive problems occur, without any or satisfactory efforts by management to fix them. A primary frustration is that the printer is always low on ink, resulting in unreadable documents. The front desk does not refill ink on time, often even when asked. There is trash that has been in my trashcan, that I did not place there, and it has been there for weeks; this is not my responsibility to remove, but 2400's responsibility, and it has not been taken care of. Overall, while the external appearance is appreciated, there are consistent problems with the building that either take an unacceptably long time to fix, or they remain broken or problematic. For the outrageous rent we pay monthly, I expect better quality front desk employees (one in particular is unacceptable), as only four of them (three young women and one young man) have even the remotest inklings of customer service and people skills. I hope in the future, 2400 will be more responsive in a timely fashion than the subpar service they've mostly shown this year. Angie is a good manager, and the four strong front desk employees are greatly appreciated.
